Dadaji’s Speaks
It was in 1972 that my association with Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan started. Subsequently I became a Council Member of Bhavan’s organization. The then Executive secretary Mr.Ramakrishnan became a close friend of mine and hence my involvement with Bhavan’s activities kept on increasing. Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan was already running a school at Andheri in Mumbai. Bhavans entrusted me with the responsibility for constructing additional new buildings for Andheri School. I enjoyed doing this work very much. I also got myself involved in the progress of Andheri school. Today the Bhavan’s school at Andheri has become a land mark educational institution.

Dadaji’s Speaks

It was in 1972 that my association with Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan started. Subsequently I became a Council Member of Bhavan’s organization. I enjoyed doing this work very much. I also got myself involved in the progress of Andheri school. Today the Bhavan’s school at Andheri has become a land mark educational institution.

I was given a new responsibility by Bhavans to start a school at Nadiad. It was in 1997 that I met Shri Jayaramdas Patel, the chairman of the world famous Kidney Hospital at Nadiad. The indomitable spirit of Shri Jayarambhai was a big encouragement to me. We started a school at Nadiad in a hired premises. Later on, we got 20 Acres lands; we constructed our own school buildings on his land. In 2003 we shifted our school at Nadiad from the hired premises to put own campus. Today Bhavan’s school at Nadiad has Classes from Play Group to 12th standard with a total strength of around 1200. As you may be aware the school had to face a crisis in the form of floods in the year 2005-06. With the co-operation of everyone we overcame the situation and today we need not have to worry about any such situation. Our Bhavan’s English medium school at Nadiad has been consistently scoring hundred percent result in 10th Class and in 12th Class Commerce stream the results are 100% success and in Science stream it is at 92%.

It gives me a great sense of satisfaction whenever I am in the midst of small tiny children.I am sure our students will bring in more and more laurels to our school.

Dadaji’s Message

I am very firm believer in visualising things to happen in the future. I am also aware that mere visualisation will not produce any meaningful result. They have to be clubbed with dedication and hard work. This is the reason why we could produce 100% success continuously in the board exams.

I am sure we will continue to maintain the same standard in this year and also in the future years to come.

I take this opportunity to mention that all these success came to us only because of the unstinted co-operation and selfless support that the school received from Bhavan’s Mumbai office, Bhavan’s Nadiad center, Managing committee Members, the entire staff of the school, parents, donors, well wishers, patrons and the students.

I am sure that our school has got very bright future.

Director  Message

Dear All,
Greetings.

We at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans Nadiad Kendra the vision of education is to shape the student for tomorrow’s challenges in technological, economical, social, environmental, health, political, moral and other issues the nations are going to face as solution providers and leaders of tomorrow.

Since students live in a world different from the one they now occupy, and the schools should enable them to deal with that world. Schools have a vital role to play in preparing the young people to take their place as informed, engaged, and empowered citizens who will be pivotal in shaping the future of our communities, our state, our country, and our global environment. From our perspective, we can best prepare the students for the future by enabling them to deal effectively with the present. This is where we are focusing. What we desire is an education process that is genuinely meaningful to students, challenging them with problems and ideas that they find both interesting and intellectually demanding. We want to assess that process by the depth of its engagement in students’ lives.

The basic aim of education is not to enable students to do well in school, but to help them do well in the lives they lead outside of school. We ought to focus on what students do when they can choose their own activities. Not for the past but ever for the future, looking out of the window, what is going on globally and framing a pattern to supersede and simplified concept understandable pedagogy with the involvement of every individual student, and looking out from the students of their own imagination of ideas and applications in the field of Math’s, Science, Social and Language will definitely take the children to a higher level of thinking. Evaluation should always be for encouragement, never to condemn.

The Bhavans model School is dedicated to excellence in all the work that it does, with the aim of enabling our students to develop as rounded individuals who can thrive in an increasingly complex and uncertain world. Our core focus is delivering high quality academic programs that will enable students to achieve their intellectual potential and have greater choice in their lives beyond school, including access to the best colleges.

Our main focus is to provide a character with Respect, Caring, International mindedness, Life-long learning, Critical thinking, Creativity, Leadership, Communication, Self-confidence, and Empathy. At Bhavans Nadiad Kendra we invest considerable resources in student welfare programs. We believe that when a student feels safe and their emotional needs recognized and met, they are in the best place to access the opportunities for learning and personal growth. We believe that school should give students the chance to discover their talents and experience success. When a student experiences success in the arts or in sports, this enhances self-esteem and supports their achievements in other areas.

Therefore, the School offers a wide range of co-curricular activities, which challenges our students and exposes them to new experiences, environments and cultures. We believe that Bhavans Nadiad Kendra offers an outstanding school experience, which our students will cherish for the rest of their lives.

In today’s time when there is plethora of opportunities and daring challenges to be faced by each one of us, we need to be conscientious and confident in choosing the right path to tread on.  An educational institution holds an audacious task to prepare the individuals to confront the fierce competition in this competitive world.

Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans is an elite organization which believes in the age-old philosophy of faith, self-discipline and dedication. The never-say-die spirit of working consistently towards the goal is the key to attain success. Bhavans Nadiad Kendra caters to the needs of children by providing the right platform to learn and also motivates them to expand their horizons of learning through effective modern teaching-learning methodologies. The school also strives for nurturing the young minds by inculcating the values of humility, respect for Indian culture, sensitizing them to others needs, developing love for nature and fulfilling the duties as ideal citizens. With the curricular activities, it also focuses on grooming the learners into physically strong and emotionally-sound individuals who are equipped with high intellect and strong beliefs.

The enthused team of staff makes it possible to impart knowledge by creating a holistic learning atmosphere. I feel elated to be a member of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans’ family and wish that the team would continue this glorious journey by accomplishing the goals set by the stakeholders. Our motto is ‘Striding towards excellence’.
